For the 3 to 5 year olds we offer kinder karate.

Price $119.00 a month.

For 5 years old and up beginner classes are on Monday through Saturday.

Beginner classes are $179.00 a month for two classes a week and the uniform is $45.00 

We don't do contracts, we operate on a 

month to month basis.

Our schedule is flexible, you can come any two days you decide and can change them whenever you want. Also if a student misses a class they can make up for it on another week by coming three times.

We have more than one instructor on the mats at all times which allows us to personalize our teaching, a new student will be matched with other new students until ready to be moved up. 

We also offer Judo classes for children and adults.

Price $79.00 a month.

Judo classes are free for our karate members.

Sensei Shannon Laurin is a 4th degree black belt and several times national & international champion. Sensei Lorna Laurin is a 5th degree black belt and several times international champion. Sensei John Michael Laurin is a 3rd degree black belt and international champion.
